I. Major Divisions and Functions





  • Formulate mid- to long-term business strategy.
  • Responsible for each division development in planning, evaluation and implementation.
  • Conduct market analysis, product roadmap, competitive strategy planning and execution.
  • Assist to coordinate with various divisions and set up the management policy and system.

Internal Audit

  • Examine the internal audit regulations and operating procedures, and ensure the execution is effective.
  • Audit the operating procedures of each division.
  • Make improvement recommendation, monitor the follow-up correction, and manage risk control systems.

Accounting, Investor Relations & Finance Division

  • Make plans on financial structure, fund allocations, and risk control.
  • Elaborate the financial operating systems and procedures.
  • Compile accounting and tax reports, and support the analysis for decision-making.
  • Execute the investment projects analysis and monitor the subsidiaries’ performance.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and keep investor relations maintenance.

Human Resources Division

  • Manage and execute human resources matters.
  • Formulate employees’ personnel policy and coordinate with other divisions.
  • Research on and implement relevant factory regulations/acts.

Project Management Division

  • Lead in production and delivery schedule, capacity allocation, and manufacturing process control and deployment.
  • Overall plan the yacht project production progress and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and improvement of every yacht development project.
  • Lead in R&D of the yacht projects and production coordination.
  • Conduct the project team to new product development and technology upgrade in response to the customers’ and the market needs.
  • Fulfill the customers’ requirements and maintain customer relations.

Engineering Division

  • Conduct yacht design and develop production materials.
  • Lead in technology upgrade, planning, and production execution.
  • Collect the industry technology intelligence and expand / maintain the contacts in the yacht industry.
  • Develop materials and improve the production technology to meet the customers’ needs.

Manufacturing Division

  • Manufacture every yacht project based on the production schedule.
  • Overall plan the production management and operations.
  • Conduct quality control, and production method and procedure improvement.

Procurement Division

  • Control the inventory level, and make a procurement plan.
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, plan and manage strategic procurement, and monitor the payment terms.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relations.

Logistics Division

  • Overall plan raw material management.
  • Lead in regular inventory and warehouse management.
  • Monitor raw material aging and control stock in and out.

Quality Assurance Division

  • Notify the reportable event and monitor the improvement.
  • Response to the customers’ feedback and recommendations.
  • Formulate the inspection mechanism to prevent product defects.
